The Mermaiding Swimming association, MSA is a governor body for mermaiding sport and recreational swimming in United State of America and Europe.

Mermaiding is an underwater sport involving swimming with the use the mono fin, shaped as a fish tail and/or costume either on the water's surface or underwater either by holding one's breath or using breathing equipment. Mermaiding is very popular in swimming pools or open water, which known as a wild swimming. Mermaiding combines techniques of the Finswimming, Freediving and Synchronize swimming.

The MSA is a membership based organization consisting of individuals performers and swimming schools.
